Facilities
This multi-use facility has an open floor plan with a stage in the corner of the building. It also has a kitchen and restrooms. Current uses for the building are special events such as birthday parties, baby showers, family gatherings, and other get togethers.

Please attach items ONLY to the supplied BLACK CORDBOARD SECTION and NOT TO THE WALLS. USE OF ANY TAPE OR OTHER ADHESIVE ON THE WALLS, DOORS, FLOORS OR ANY BUILDING SURFACE IS NOT PERMITTED. The Multi Use Building will be inspected after your rental. If it is identified that tape was used or any other damage to the facility during your rental, the DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED, and YOU MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES to cover necessary repairs. Please pick up the key to the Multi-Use building from the Parks & Recreation office at 900 Arizona St. prior to your rental. The office is open Mon-Thurs from 7am-6pm
